- User:
- Any person who accesses or uses the Platform, including Patients, Doctors, and Administrators.
- Patient:
- An individual seeking health guidance, medical consultations, or appointment booking through the Platform.
- Doctor/Healthcare Provider:
- A registered medical practitioner verified through the National Medical Commission (NMC) database who offers consultation services through the Platform.
- Consultation:
- A medical consultation between Patient and Doctor facilitated through the Platform, whether via teleconsultation (video/audio) or in-person appointment.
- AI Services:
- Artificial intelligence-powered features including symptom analysis chatbot, SOAP note generation, clinical decision support, and treatment plan suggestions.
